Spent Easter weekend in a hotel that was super convenient to all the medical facilities. The hotel provided us with shuttle service to all the nearby attractions, which saved us a lot of time. The restaurant was perfect for a late-night meal and the broad variety of foods beautifully prepared were a pleasure to eat. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, always making sure that we had everything we needed. the amenities were fantastic, so we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

The only issue we had was the odor in the room, which was a bit overwhelming. It was not something that affected our health, but it made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Loved the breakfasts and the location-everyone is so precious and friendly- they made me feel special-couldn’t have been any better. This is first class all the way from first driving into the driveway, the value is amazing, can’t say enough about

The location of this hotel is ideal for those visiting MD Anderson, with its proximity to the hospital via a skywalk. There are also several eating areas in the MD Anderson complex, as well as a restaurant within the hotel itself. The rooms are clean and check-in is quick and easy. Guests have praised the friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel offers a laundry area and green spaces for added convenience.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is the noise from the carpet cleaning outside the rooms at 9pm.
